Mayank Singhvi
Mayank Singhvi is an investment banker and financial services executive with over two decades of experience across investment banking, private equity, capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, and real estate finance. He has advised corporates, promoters, financial institutions, and global investors on capital raising, strategic transactions, and long-term value creation.
Mayank began his career with leading global financial institutions including Merrill Lynch and Ernst & Young, where he built strong foundations in equity capital markets, IPO advisory, valuation, and transaction execution. Early in his career, he was involved in landmark public market transactions, including major Indian IPOs, gaining deep exposure to capital market dynamics and regulatory frameworks.
He subsequently transitioned into private equity and principal investing, working with organizations such as ICICI Ventures and Evolvence India Fund. In these roles, he managed and executed investments across real estate and growth sectors, structured joint ventures, and worked closely with global institutional investors on cross-border transactions.
Mayank has held senior leadership roles in both investment banking , Private equity and corporates . He was previously Sr Managing Director with Vista Equity Partners. Prior to that he was CEO of IMK Capital, where he was heading the Asia Business. He has also worked as Managing Director with Cantor Fritzgeralds India arm where he led M&A, equity, and debt advisory mandates, overseeing deal origination, structuring, execution, and client relationships. His work focused on advising mid-market and large enterprises on growth capital, restructuring, and strategic transactions.
He also served as Senior Director at Country Garden, a Fortune 500 global real estate developer, where he led major investment, financing, and development initiatives in India. His role involved structuring large-scale real estate projects, managing institutional capital, and working closely with international stakeholders. In recognition of his performance and leadership, he was awarded the Global Employee of the Year Award in 2017, selected from over 130,000 employees worldwide. He was also conferred by global Indian of the year in 2020 and 40 under 40 by Forbes.
Throughout his career, Mayank has been associated with several high-profile transactions, including IPOs, cross-border private equity investments, strategic acquisitions, and marquee real estate developments. He is widely regarded for his strategic mindset, disciplined approach to risk, and ability to bridge global capital with Indian opportunities.
Mayank holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business and an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the University of London. He brings a global perspective, strong analytical capability, and a relationship-driven approach to investing , investment banking and advisory.
